EMPLOYEE SWAG
During 2020 while Covid was still preventing people from coming into the office and many employees feeling more isolated from their teams, the McCann offices across Canada wanted to bring everyone together and feel a bit more united with some custom internal swag. Given out to current employees and to new hires, we designed some apparel, notebooks and water bottles all packaged up in a black McCann branded Herschel backpack.
Leveraging existing McCann branding, I created the 3 leaf logo lockup as a way to represent each of the 3 offices across Canada, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal. The 3 leaf design was inspired by early Canadian heritage flags and was a great way to visualize the unity and connection the Canadian offices share working together under the larger McCann Worldwide brand.
