MERIT PATCHES

To acknowledge their employees dedication and hard work, McCann’s Society 13 employee recognition program created “Merit” patches for team leaders to award employees exemplifying any of the companies core values.

Each patch is an illustration that represents one of these values. There were also patches created to represent each city in which a McCann office is located, giving employees the opportunity to show their office pride.

Every employee was gifted a McCann branded backpack to display their merits to the outside world. Only employees or those who are “in the know” will understand the meaning of each patch.
